Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 18 years and = 6 months. 4. Clear awareness and able to complete the questionnaire independently; 5. Agree to participate in this research survey and sign an informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with secondary gout; 2. Those who refuse to provide true information; 3. Patients with malignant tumors.
