Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients who met the ACR / EULAR classification criteria for rheumatoid arthritis in 2010; 2. Patients with peripheral neuropathy: electromyography showed peripheral neuropathy; 3. Neuropathy can not be judged by other diseases. 4. The age is 18-75 years old, no gender limit. 5. Patients who agreed to participate in the study and signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with serious damage of heart, brain, liver and kidney; 2. Pregnant women; 3. Patients who are allergic to drugs; 4. Patients with senile dementia and psychosis.
