Interventions

Group B1:Maintain the BIS value between 40-49
Group B2:Maintain the BIS value between 50-60
Group C:Maintain heart rate and blood pressure in ±20% of the baseline

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: This study intends to select patients undergoing elective laparoscopic gastrointestinal tumor surgery, aged 60-80 years old, BMI 18~30kg/m2, ASA I-III grade, surgery duration 2-4 hours.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Preoperative sleep disorder patients; (2) Long-term use of sedative or antidepressant drugs; (3) Unable to communicate and do not cooperate with postoperative follow-up; (4) History of severe mental or neurological diseases, severe low protein Hememia, severe anemia, severe liver and kidney dysfunction, acute upper respiratory tract infection, history of metabolic disease, long-term history of opioid use or opioid use within 24 hours.
