18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) ASA I, II; (2) Aged between 18 and 65 years old undergoing elective bariatric surgery with general anesthesia; (3) Body mass index (BMI) > 40 kg/m2 or BMI > 35 kg/m2 combined with one pre-existing disease; (4) Having signed the imformed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Obesity caused by endocrine diseases; (2) Combined with known drugs allergies associated with this study or severe cardiac, respiratory, renal, or hepatic disease; (3) With coagulation disorders; (4) Having conscious mental disorders ( possibly affecting pain intervention and evaluation); (5) Use analgesics or receive psychiatric treatment; (6) Co-existing chronic painful disease.
