Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Early gestation (within 13 weeks); 2. Participators who planed to receive regular prenatal examination and delivery in participating research units, and signed informed consents.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe medical complications which significantly harm fetal growth and maternal health during pregnancy; 2. Malignant tumor, major surgery or injury; 3. With history of major surgery, trauma or major organ disease; 4. Long term medicine taken history; 5. Known major fetal malformations.
