Interventions

Intervention group:Dexmedetomidine is pumped before the anesthesia induction and during the operation
Bilateral transversus abdominis plane block is performed before the anesthesia induction
Control group:The same dose of normal saline is pumped before the anesthesia induction and during the operation

18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Ages 18 to 65 years; 2. ASA I~III; 3. Laparoscopic colorectal surgery is selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Refusal to participate in this study; 2. Had colorectal surgery; 3. A definite contraindication to DEX; 4. Severe neurological,mental illness; 5. Serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases; 6. Severe respiratory disease; 7. The local infection of the TAPB puncture point; 8. Severe allergic reaction occurred during the operation.
