Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1) over 18 years of age. 2) No restriction on gender. 3) patients with locally advanced renal cell carcinoma (loss of radical surgery), clear pathological diagnosis of puncture biopsy and targeted drug therapy (TKI inhibitor) were considered in clinical stage. 4) patients with metastatic renal cell carcinoma, who were pathologically diagnosed by primary resection or puncture biopsy, and planned to be treated with targeted drug therapy (TKI inhibitor). 5) the patient voluntarily participates and signs the informed consent form. 6) it is easy to understand and judge the requirements of clinical research.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1) patients who have previously used targeted drugs or immunotherapy. 2) patients with hepatic and renal insufficiency who are not suitable for targeted drug therapy. 3) patients who can not be followed up in our hospital for a long time. 4) patients with severe internal environment disorder (such as acid-base balance disorder or electrolyte disorder). 5) according to the judgment of the researchers, there are other patients who are not suitable for clinical research.
