Group R:Group R was given remimazolam mesylate 6mg / kg / h for 5min before anesthesia induction.
Group M:Midazolam 0.04 mg / kg was given at the beginning of anesthesia induction

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Methods: 120 elderly patients with liver cancer and hepatic hemangioma from July 2020 to March 2022 in Mianyang Central Hospital, Mianyang 404 hospital in Sichuan Province and Santai County Hospital in Mianyang City were selected. 120 elderly patients, aged >= 65 years, gender unlimited, ASA I - III, child Pugh grade A, were selected.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with severe hypertension, neuropsychiatric diseases and heart, lung, liver and kidney function abnormalities; patients with severe sensory organ defects (such as vision and hearing impairment) or unable to communicate with the interviewers for other reasons to affect the test; taking sedatives, antidepressants, alcoholism; patients with known allergy to rimazolom toluenesulfonate and midazolam; preoperative MMSE score <= 17 and patients who do not agree to be selected or voluntarily withdraw their informed consent.
