Interventions

Group A:10 mL1.0 g / kg dexmedetomidine was given intravenously 10 min before operation
Group B:10 mL 0.5mg / kg esketamine was given intravenously 10 min before operation
Group C:10 mL 0.9% sodium chloride injection was pumped intravenously 10 min before operation

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 3-7 years; 2. ASA Grade I; 3. BMI18-30kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. recent use of analgesics; 2. history of upper respiratory tract infection in the last 2 weeks; 3. cardiovascular disease; 4. History of Mental Retardation; 5. history of acid reflux disease; 6. other serious systemic disease.
