Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. It conforms to the PHN diagnostic criteria of "Chinese expert consensus on the diagnosis and treatment of postherpetic neuralgia" (2016 edition); 2. Patients aged 50 to 75, including those aged 50 and 75 years; 3. Patients first diagnosed with herpes zoster within 12 months; 4. The pain is located in the chest and abdomen; 5. Voluntarily participate in the trial and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with post-herpetic neuralgia other than the thorax and abdomen; 2. Severe systemic disease with decompensated sexual dysfunction; 3. Diabetes with poor glycemic control (fasting blood glucose> 8mmol/L, 2h postprandial blood glucose> 10mmol/L); 4. Puncture local or systemic infections; 5. Abnormal coagulation function; 6. Allergic constitution, the patients who are allergic to the known ingredients of this drug; 7. Patients who have used drugs for treating postherpetic neuralgia within one week before enrollment, or patients who have used glucocorticoids and immunosuppressants; 8. Other conditions where nerve block puncture is not appropriate.
