Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. meet the diagnostic criteria of idiopathic CTS: median nerve distribution area pain; cant sleep because of the burning and numbness pain; through the motion of the wrist symptoms can be alleviated; hypoesthesia was observed, and various degrees of atrophy were observed in the fish-muscles innervated by the median nerve. The median nerve was positive for Tinel, positive for Phalen test; the hint from the electromyography; 2. after normal non-surgical treatment for more than 3 months without relief of symptoms, recurrent or even worse; 3. On the basis of Hamada classification,choosing the hamada class I, II to this study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Patient with bony abnormality of the wrist, joint deformity, space-occupying lesion in the carpal canal,motor neuron disease, anterior teres syndrome, cubital tunnel syndrome, thoracic outlet syndrome, cervical spondylosis, carpal arthritis, psychoneurosis, serious cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases,hemorrhagic disorders, coagulation disorders, thrombogenesis, using anti-immune drugs, tumour, pregnancy, mental disease.
