Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. IFG: 5.6mmol/l = FPG < 7.0mmol/l and 2h-ogtt < 11.1mmol/l; IGT: FPG < 7.0mmol/l and 7.8mmol/l = 2h-ogtt < 11.1mmol/l; meeting any of the above criteria can be included; 2. Patients aged between 18 and 70 years old; 3. Patients with informed consent.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with new or current diabetes mellitus (FPG = 7.0 mmol / L or 2hPG = 11.1 mmol / L) or under hypoglycemic therapy; 2. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases, such as gastritis, enteritis, ulcers, etc; 3. Patients who are taking other antibiotics or microbial preparations that may affect the results, such as penicillin or Lactobacillin tablets; 4. Pregnant women or lactation; 5. Patients with serious health problems who are not suitable to participate in the study (such as cancer, surgery in the past six months or major surgery in the near future, etc.); 6. Patients with mental incapacity, unwillingness to participate or language disorders that hinder full understanding or cooperation.
