Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. aged 5 years old, no systemic disease; 2. dmfs>=6 and dft>=3; 3. People who are able to insist on brushing teeth in the morning and evening each day, and use the toothbrush and toothpaste provided in this study as required during the study; 4. People who accept and strictly follow the study rules during the study, and use the products provided in this study as required, without using any oral care products (Including yogurt, mouthwash with antibiotics, toothpaste with probiotics, xylitol chewing gum, etc.) to ensure dietary balance during the study period.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. People who have taken antibiotics in the past 1 month; have taken hormones and immunosuppressants in the last 6 months; received topical fluoride application in the last 6 months; 2. People who consume probiotics and chew xylitol chewing gum daily; 3. People who wear oral appliances, in the treatment of dental pulp disease, enamel hypoplasia that can be distinguished by the naked eye; clinically significant lesions in the oral mucosa; 4. People who have a history of high fluoride area.
