Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with AMI who need PCI; 2. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 3. Patients who voluntarily signed informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with unstable hemodynamics or cardiogenic shock; patients with coronary artery bypass grafting; 2. Patients who have known sa, or who have received SA related treatment in the past, and those who failed in respiratory and sleep monitoring during hospitalization; 3. Patients with severe respiratory diseases, pulmonary bullae, pneumothorax, etc.; 4. Patients with malignant tumor and life expectancy less than 1 year; or undergoing chemotherapy or radiotherapy; 5. Patients with end-stage renal failure or renal transplantation; mental disorders or alcohol dependence; and; 6. Pregnant and lactating women or patients with positive results of urine HCG test before the test; 7. Patients who are not suitable to participate in the study according to clinical practice.
