Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients over 18 years old; 2. Patients with CPB; 3. Patients admitted to ICU for more than 24h; 4. Patients or their family members have informed consent and are willing to cooperate with the measurer.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with previous neuromuscular diseases, such as ICU-AW, Guillain Barre syndrome, myasthenia gravis, porphyria, Lambert Eaton syndrome, amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, angioinflammatory neuropathy and botulism; 2. Patients with limb diseases, such as severe limb edema, fracture, amputation and plaster bandage; 3. Patients with a history of mental disorders.
