Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 2-70 years old; 2. The patient's history and preoperative imaging results support the diagnosis of DIPG; the maximum transverse diameter of the lesion is greater than or equal to 3cm; 3. After clinical comprehensive evaluation, the patient's condition is suitable for stereotactic biopsy, and the patients and their families decide to receive stereotactic biopsy.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with brainstem lesions have undergone radiotherapy, chemotherapy, surgery and other treatments; 2. The patients can not complete the preoperative examination required by stereotactic biopsy, or the patients can not cooperate with the stereotactic biopsy, or the patients have the contraindications such as abnormal coagulation function, serious mental illness, infection of the puncture site and so on; 3. Patients or their family members refuse to participate in the study, or the patients (or their legal guardians) do not sign the informed consent of the study; 4. Other conditions which are considered not suitable to participate in this study by researchers.
