60 Years to 80 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 60 ~ 80 years; 2. ASA I~III grade hip fracture patients; 3. Patients are willing to participate in this study and sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Poor cardiopulmonary function, not suitable for general anesthesia; 2. Patients with contraindications to regional anesthesia; 3. Patients who are allergic to various anesthetic drugs; 4. patients with clotting time and platelet count abnormal; 5. Patients with cognitive dysfunction before surgery; 6. The puncture area is infected.
