Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) 18 = 6 months; (8) The subjects or their legal agents can understand the purpose of the study, show sufficient compliance with the study protocol, and sign an informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Muscle tone improvement of both lower limbs Ashworth grade >= 2 grade: (2) After drug control, systolic blood pressure > 140 mmHg or diastolic blood pressure > 90 mmHg; (3) Uncontrollable orthostatic hypotension; (4) Neuromuscular or osseous joint diseases that affect joint movement (including unstable fractures, loss of joint stability, and deformities of joint and tendon contractures); (5) Severe osteoporosis; (6) Other diseases that limit the patient's mobility, such as new-onset deep vein thrombosis of the lower extremities, severe infectious diseases of the bladder or other parts, unstable coronary heart disease, or myocardial infarction; (7) Mental illness, hearing impairment, and understanding disorder; (8) Weight > 100 kg; (9) Pregnant women, lactating women, or women of childbearing age planning to become pregnant during the trial; (10) Other circumstances that the researcher judges are not suitable for selection.
