18 Years to 65 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged between 18 and 65 years old agree to participate in this experiment and obtain informed consent signature; 2. ASA I - II ; 3. BMI 18 - 24kg/m2; 4. Non-depolarizing muscle relaxants are expected to be administered under general anesthesia.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with neuromuscular junction disease; 2. Patients with severe cardiopulmonary liver and kidney insufficiency; 3. The patient's position and the surgeon's operation interfere with the normal operation of the TOF monitor; 4. Patients who had received drugs affecting neuromuscular conduction function within one month before surgery; 5. Allergic or experienced a serious adverse reaction to any of the drugs in the study; 6. Patients with severe hematological diseases, coagulation disorders, thrombocytopenia or hemophilia; 7. Patients who had severe infection in recent 3 months, or patients with obvious infection foci in puncture site.
