Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Those who have been pregnant for 24 weeks or more; 2. Singleton pregnancy; 3. Subjects without abnormal blood routine, blood pressure and electrocardiogram; 4. Patients with gestational diabetes mellitus clinically diagnosed.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Preimplantation genetic examination; 2. The fetus has congenital heart disease or other malformations; 3. Pregnancy through assisted reproductive technology; 4. Gestational diabetes mellitus, hypertension, heart disease, thyroid disease, etc; 5. Multiple pregnancy.
