Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 18-70 years, both male and female; 2. Before the operation, T1 plain scan, t2flair, T1 enhancement, Mrs and DTI were completed. According to the results of magnetic resonance imaging, patients with glioma were initially diagnosed, and they were scheduled to undergo craniotomy in Huashan Hospital without contraindications; 3. Patients who have signed the informed consent form by themselves or their clients; 4. Patients with glioma confirmed by pathology after operation.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those patients who are going to be admitted for simple biopsy; 2. Patients with severe medical diseases and unable to tolerate surgery during the same period; 3. Patients with bleeding tendency or abnormal coagulation function, or taking aspirin, clopidogrel and other anticoagulants for a long time without stopping taking them; 4. Pregnant and lactating women; 5. Patients who participated in other clinical trials at the same time.
