Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Subjects aged 18-60 years old; 2. Those who have no definite underlying diseases; 3. Those who sign informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe liver and kidney function diseases; 2. Patients with epilepsy and mental illness; 3. Patients who took sleep improvement drugs 2 weeks before enrollment; 4. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.
