Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged over 18 years; 2. Patients who was definitely diagnosed as CTD-ILD in the past with condition well controlled after treatment of glucocorticoid or glucocorticoid combined with immunosuppressants and hospitalized due to recurrence or aggravation of respiratory symptoms; 3. Patients whose medical history and main clinical data were relatively complete.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients whose recurrence or aggravation of respiratory symptoms was definitely caused by tumor, heart failure, chemotherapy, surgery and so on. 2. Patients who was pregnant woman, prisoner, student, illiterate, incapacitated or restricted person.
