Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The first onset of unilateral stroke, in line with the diagnostic key points of various major cerebrovascular diseases in China ; patients with subcortical injury diagnosed by imaging; 2. The patient's condition was stable without serious complications; 3. The patient aged 50 to 80 years old (subject to the date of signing the informed consent), and the course of disease is within 6 months after the onset of the disease; 4. The patients were treated conservatively, but not by surgery; 5. Patients voluntarily participated in the study after reading the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patient had a history of epilepsy; 2. The patients had metal implantation or pacemaker implantation; 3. The patient had cognitive dysfunction and could not cooperate with the researcher; 4. Patients with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney and other important organ failure; 5. Those who can't complete the experiment and have poor compliance; 6. Those who participate in other clinical trials or during pregnancy at the same period; 7. The muscle tension of the extensor and flexor muscles was more than 1 +.
