Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The diagnosis of cerebral infarction conforms to the diagnostic criteria of Chinese Guidelines for diagnosis and Treatment of Acute Ischemic Stroke 2018. 2. Symptom onset = 18 years old; 4. Symptoms of neurological deficits, NIHSS score >= 1, thrombolytic indications, and RT-PA intravenous thrombolytic therapy. 5. Prior to thrombolysis, the informed consent was signed by the patient or family members.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with contraindications to venous thrombolysis; 2. Failure to complete intravenous thrombolysis due to various reasons; 3. Patients with data deficiency; 4. Patients with final diagnosis of apoplexy; 5. Patients with disturbance of consciousness, language communication or understanding; 6. Patients who cannot cooperate with the examination; 7. Patients undergoing endovascular treatment such as bridging arterial thrombolysis and mechanical thrombectomy; 8. Patients who are participating in other clinical studies.
