Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients after extracorporeal circulation; (2) The length of ICU stay is more than 24 hours; (3) Enteral nutrition in ICU; (4) All patients were >= 18 years old; (5) Informed consent of the patient or family member.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with acute gastrointestinal diseases in the past month; (2) Patients with gastrointestinal tumors; (3) Patients with a history of gastrointestinal resection; (4) suffering from serious mental illness;Patients with chronic diarrhea.
