Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: Normal intelligence, living in Minhang District and gave birth in a medical institution in Shanghai from the establishment of the register during pregnancy to one year after delivery, with the agreement of participation and cooperation during the investigation and follow-up, with the Wechat through which the online questionnaire survey can be fulfilled.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: Miscarriage; withdraw from the study, loss to follow up after discharge from the hospital for childbirth.
