Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: a. Collect the pregnant women who come to our hospital from August 1, 2020 to February 28, 2021 (24 weeks); b. ASA grade 1-2; c. aged 18 years -35 years old, single pregnancy; d. BMI <= 30Kg/m2.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: a. Pregnant woman undergoing emergency medical examination; b. Pregnant women with hypertension, diabetes, kidney disease and mental illness; c. Pregnant women with cardiovascular disease or receiving cardiovascular medication during pregnancy; d. Hb<90 g/L.
