Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with type 2 diabetes over 18 years old; 2. Treated with insulin glargine oads for >= 3 months; 3. The FBG control range is 7.0 <= FBG <= 9.0 mmol/L; 4. The type and dosage of insulin and oral medicine were not adjusted one week before entering the group; 5. The research plan was approved by the hospital ethics Committee, and all patients signed informed consent before entering the group.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Patients with acute complications of diabetes, stress, infection, cardiac insufficiency and severe liver and kidney dysfunction.
