65 Years to 95 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged > 65 years , weight> 50kg, all gender; 2. Hip fracture, no history of hip operation; 4. ASA grade I-II;

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Severe dysfunction of lung, heart, kidney and liver, or abnormal coagulation function; 2. Fractures in other parts, surgery is required at the same time; 3. Preoperative fever or anemia; 4. spinal anesthesia or total hip replacement can not be performed.
