18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients consent to join this trial and sign the Informed Consent Form; 2. Male or female aged between 18-75 years; 3. Clinically or pathologically confirmed hepatocellular carcinoma; 4. Resectable lesion with type II/III portal vein tumor thrombus; 5. Liver function: Child-pugh A; 6. ECOG score:0-1; 7. Anticipated survival >= 12 weeks; 8. Without severe systemic disease.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. A history of other malignancy; 2. Underwent other invasive treatments.
