Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Select laryngoscope exposed the glottis Cormack - Lehane grading for III-IV, preoperative for vocal cord paralysis and postoperative patients with airway obstruction after tracheal extubation.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Identify the larynx and larynx intraoperatively;Identify recurrent laryngeal nerve injury;No extubation is required.
