Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients aged 20-40 years; 2. The diagnostic criteria refer to the revised diagnostic criteria [42] of the Rotterdam working group, and conform to any two items listed below: (1) Ovulation was rare or anovulatory; (2) The clinical and biochemical basis of the increase of androgen level; (3) The ovaries were enlarged with at least 12 small follicles with a diameter of 2-9 mm on each side; 3. Informed consent of the subjects and their families.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with other diseases that cause hyperandrogenism and anovulation, such as Cushing's syndrome, congenital adrenal hyperplasia, hyperprolactinemia and androgen producing tumors of ovary or adrenal gland; 2. Pregnant, breastfeeding, or patients with a history of cardiovascular, liver, kidney or respiratory diseases, diabetes, uncontrolled hypertension or malignant tumor; 3. Patients who are not willing to participate in this study.
