Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with clinical symptoms of chest pain, chest tightness and syncope are not well treated or can not tolerate drugs; 2. Patients with left ventricular outflow tract pressure gradient >=50mmhg, without mitral valve organic disease: such as valve ring enlargement, tendon cord extension or rupture, endocarditis, etc.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients whose symptoms can be controlled and cardiac function can be improved by drug treatment are not up to the standard of operation; 2. The patients with poor general condition, unable to tolerate thoracotomy, and patients who subjectively refuse thoracotomy.
