Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. aged>=14 years old; 2. diagnosed as epilepsy or status epilepticus (SE).

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. VPA not used concomitantly with MEPM or co-administration for<24h; 2. VPA used for seizure prophylaxis3) data missing (including the record of seizure attacks and/or the assessment of infection).
