Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1) It was diagnosed as refractory malignant tumor by clinical evidence; 2) Aged >=18 years old; 3) Patients with tumor progression or unable to receive chemoradiotherapy after radiotherapy and chemotherapy; 4) Understand the study and sign the informed consent form.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1) Non refractory malignant tumor; 2) Patients with life expectancy less than 3 months; 3) Patients with severe hepatic and renal insufficiency; 4) Patients with severe cardiac insufficiency; 5) Patients receiving hemodialysis or peritoneal dialysis.
