Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients can understand the purpose of the study and signed informedconsent forms; 2. Preoperative nutrition risk screening (NRS) >=3 points; 3. A histologic diagnosed of ECC patients with obstructive jaundice are proposed to accept choledochojejunostomy or pancreatoduodenectomy; 4. Child-Pugh liver function was class A or B in all patients.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Those who are unable to cooperate to complete the relevant investigation or inspection; 2. Palliative surgery without radical resection; 3. Those who do not follow the prescribed nutritional methods after operation; 4. Complicated with intestinal obstruction or diabetes mellitus; 5. Postoperative pathological examination was not cholangiocarcinoma.
