Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Meet the above diagnostic criteria for polycystic ovary syndrome; 2. Living in the place of residence for not less than 5 years; 3. Live self-care, good memory and activity ability can cooperate with this study; 4. No participation in other scientific research projects at present; 5. Informed consent and voluntary Participants in this research.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Having used drugs that affect sugar and lipid metabolism, antibiotics or hormones for 3 days or more within the past 3 months; 2. Those with obvious digestive tract acute and chronic diseases, or who have undergone gastrointestinal surgery; 3. Severe mental illness People with disabilities, intellectual disabilities, hearing impairments or language communication disorders; 4. Have abnormal liver function, acute and chronic renal insufficiency, congenital heart disease or other organic lesions.
