Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Before the study, they were diagnosed as type 2 diabetes mellitus; 2. patients who had been treated with insulin for more than one year and continued to use insulin treatment during the follow-up period; 3. patients who used insulin pen; 4. patients who inject themself; 5. patients with informed consent.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients without Chinese understanding ability and / or cognitive impairment; 2. unable to take care of themselves; 3. patients with pregnancy plan or pregnancy; 4. patients with fat metabolism disorders except diabetes mellitus (such as some antiviral drugs).
