18 Years to 75 Years

Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Aged >= 18 years old and <= 75 years; (2) chest pain is the main symptom of the patient; (3) the patient is the first medical contact, and the onset time is less than 3 hours; (4) the patient is in good condition and can accept CTA examination; (5) coronary heart disease risk factors can be combined, such as hypertension, diabetes, hyperlipidemia and smoking.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patients with abnormal ECG in admission examination; (2) patients with elevated cardiac troponin in admission; (3) patients requiring emergency coronary stent implantation; (4) Patients with severe renal insufficiency, anemia, thyroid disease and acute and chronic infectious diseases during the treatment period; (5) patients with tumor diseases; (6) patients with a clear history of trauma; (7) patients with allergy to contrast media.
