Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Male or female aged 18-60 years old; 2. Subjects with normal weight (BMI 18.5-23.9) and mild to moderate physical activity; 3. Subjects who obtained informed consent and participated in the experiment voluntarily.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Pregnant or lactating women, objects of allergic constitution or lactose intolerance; 2. Patients with psychosis and serious diseases such as heart, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 3. Patients with metabolic diseases and family history of diabetes mellitus; 4. Patients with gastrointestinal diseases and taking any drugs recently; 5. The objects that cannot eat the test samples according to the regulations, or the information is not complete, which affects the judgment of the results; 6. Volunteers who are participating in other clinical trials; 7. Subjects considered unsuitable for clinical trials due to other reasons.
