Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Adult patients with end-stage liver disease (aged >= 18 years): 2. Refers to the late stage of liver disease caused by various liver damage. 3. It includes liver cirrhosis, liver failure and liver cancer caused by various reasons in adult patients, among which liver failure mainly involves acute, subacute, acute on chronic liver failure.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Aged < 18 years; 2. kidney or liver transplantation; 3. Pregnant or lactating; 4. Acute or chronic heart failure; 5. Allergic to human serum albumin; 6. Contrast induced nephropathy; 7. Drug induced renal injury was suspected or confirmed; 8. It is suspected that renal organic disease is caused; 9. Urinary tract obstruction; 10. Patients or their families refused to sign informed consent.
