Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. At least one osteolystic spinal metastasis of lung cancer confirmed by preoperative imaging and intraoperative frozen pathology; 3. Preoperative VAS score of the affected vertebra >= 4.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Skin disease or skin infection around, local puncture treatment contraindications; 2. Patients who had received local radiotherapy before admission; 3. The patients with comminuted fracture of vertebrae, or the fracture block protruding into the spinal canal, or with symptoms of nerve compression, or the tumor widely invading the surrounding soft tissue (such as nerve root and spinal cord), can not be treated with bone cement plastic surgery and need open surgery; 4. Unclear mind or low education, unable to correctly evaluate clinical performance; 5. Severe heart disease, renal failure, liver failure, coagulation disorder and other serious systemic diseases, unable to tolerate surgery; 6. Hypersensitive reaction history to bone cemen.
