Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) All patients with multiple injuries; (2) After the ICU stage of resuscitation, patients who have undergone Picco minimally invasive hemodynamic monitoring were included in the correlation study analysis; (3) Family members or their guardians signed the "informed consent".

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) The patient has no definite clinical diagnosis, such as no diagnosis by CT, MR, DSA, or surgery; (2) Failure to complete the TRID ultrasound procedure for various reasons.
