Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Individual with K10 (Kessler Scale) score more than 21 points.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Subjects at risk of self injury or suicide; 2. Subjects with aggressive behavior or destructive behavior to the group; 3. Subjects with severe unstable physical or mental diseases (such as asthma, heart disease, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, nervous system diseases, schizophrenia, etc.); 4. Subjects with history of alcohol and drug abuse; 5. Subjects with a history of severe trauma or diagnosed with post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
