Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. Patients with coronary heart disease who meet the diagnostic criteria of coronary heart disease in internal medicine, including patients with stable angina pectoris, unstable angina pectoris and myocardial infarction; 2. Patients with age >= 18 years old; 3. Patients undergoing coronary intervention; 4. Patients who voluntarily participated in the study and signed informed consent form; 5. Patients who live in Suzhou for a long time or will not leave Suzhou for half a year; 6. Patients with clear mind, normal thinking and language communication.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. Patients with severe cognitive impairment, mental illness and uncooperative; 2. Patients with other serious diseases affecting survival time, such as advanced cancer; 3. Patients who did not record for 4 consecutive weeks.
