Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: (1) Patients diagnosed with acute myocardial infarction; (2) PCI of radial artery approach was performed; (3) The disease is in a stable period; (4) Patients who have not taken anticoagulant drugs in recent 3 months; (5) Aged >= 18 years; (6) Follow up by phone; (7) Informed consent and voluntary participation in this study.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Patients with cerebral infarction; (2) Patients with severe malignant tumors; (3) Patients with other organ injuries; (4) Combined with mental illness; (5) Patients unable to communicate normally.
