Inclusion criteria
Inclusion criteria: 1. Aged 18-80 years; 2. Course of disease <= 6 months, normal cognitive function, dysphagia was caused by stroke, confirmed by a videofluoroscopic swallowing study, vital signs are stable; 3. With the consent of the patient or family to accept this study, sign an informed consent before the study.
Exclusion criteria
Exclusion criteria: 1. Vital signs are unstable; 2. Historical history of epilepsy; 3. Previous postoperative radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma, head and neck cancer and oral cancer or other structural changes of head and neck; 4. Metal device in the skull; 5. Previous cerebral hemorrhage and subarachnoid space History of hemorrhage, brain tumor, brain trauma and other neuropsychiatric system; 6. Aphasia; 7. Previous dysphagia. 8. A history of facial nerve paralysis.
