Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: 1. The pathological findings of colonoscopy before operation were sigmoid colon and high rectal cancer; 2. Preoperative imaging showed that the tumor diameter was less than 4 cm; 3. The patient agreed to perform laparoscopic surgery with one hole and one hole, and then to perform endoscopic resection of colorectal cancer through anus.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: 1. The patients could not tolerate operation; 2. Preoperative neoadjuvant radiation or chemoradiation therapy; 3. The patients need emergency operations; 4. Imaging findings suggest that the tumors infiltrate into the periphery or stage IV cancer and stoma creation.
