Inclusion criteria

Inclusion criteria: Patients and healthy volunteers who visited Shapingba District People's Hospital due to gastrointestinal symptoms were definitely diagnosed as HP infection by carbon 14 breath test or rapid urease test.

Exclusion criteria

Exclusion criteria: (1) Received the following drugs within 4 weeks, including proton pump inhibitors, antibiotics, H2 receptor antagonists, hormones, bismuth agents, or non-steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs; (2) Probiotics within 4 weeks; (3) Previous history of gastrointestinal surgery; (4) Malignant diseases of the blood system or diseases of connective tissue; (5) Infectious disease within 2 weeks. (6) History of alcohol abuse, diabetes or other problems affecting intestinal flora.
